环湖观光火车是首次来园必推的游玩项目之一，火车轨道穿梭于万棵银杏林间，全长约5公里，行驶速度约7km/h，环湖一周约50分钟。沿途可欣赏天鹅湖美丽湖景风光及银杏观赏林，是游览园区全貌的最理想观光方式。
发车时间：固定班次上午10:00及下午13:30，均准点发车。周末及节假日将根据客流情况增开班次，具体以园区当日官方发布信息为准。
收费标准：身高1米（含）及以上¥40/人，儿童身高1米（不含）以下免票且不占座。
火车型号：目前共有蒸汽复古型火车2辆（黑天鹅号及鹿鸣号）及现代科技型火车1辆（银杏号），每辆火车均有三节独立车厢，每日乘坐型号以实际运营为准。
行驶路线：第二车站北翼（始发站）-中央车站（停靠5分钟）-湖畔站-居酒站-一半站-银杏林站（终点站），持票单次单程乘坐。
火车须知
1. 游客需服从工作人员安排，维护乘车秩序，爱护园区设施，保持清洁卫生，讲文明有礼让。
2. 不得携带可能威胁公共安全的禁止物品（易燃、易爆、易腐蚀、有刺激性气味等）、造成人身伤害的大件硬质物品、妨碍公共安全卫生及损坏污染车辆的物品。
3. 请有序进入站台排队候车：切勿超越黄色警戒线，列车停稳后先下后上，不要拥挤。
4. 禁止进入轨道沿线、扳动道闸、跳下站台、爬上车顶或在车底钻爬等。
5. 游客上车后请坐稳扶好，以免发成意外。
6. 请不要抛弃物品，不要在车厢内行走，站立，不要将头、手或身体伸出车厢外。
7. 严禁损坏列车设备，园区内禁止吸烟。
8. 车辆因故障，恶劣天气(如大雾、暴雨、台风)等不可抗拒因素，而暂停运行时，敬请谅解。
9. 发生危险及列车、旅客安全等特殊情况，须听从工作人员指挥安排，帮助老、幼、病、残、孕等需要帮助的人。
10.请保管好随身物品，不要遗忘在车厢或站台。
乘客限制
1.无民事行为能力人和限制民事行为能力人需在监护人确认安全且全程陪护的情况下才能乘坐；
2.未成年及70岁以上的老年人需有成年人陪同才能乘坐；
3.携带婴幼儿的游客请照看好自己的孩子、请患有心脏病、高血压的游客及孕妇酌情选择乘坐火车；

1. Please follow the instructions of the staff, maintain order during the ride, take proper care of the facilities, keep the park clean and hygienic, and behave civilly and courteously.
2. Do not carry prohibited items that may threaten public safety such as inflammables, explosives, corrosive substances and substances with pungent odor, large hard-surfaced items that may cause personal injury, or items that hinder public safety and health or cause damage and pollution to vehicles.
3. Please enter the platform in an orderly manner and wait in line. Do not cross the yellow warning line or crowd into the train. Wait till the train stops and the passengers on the train get off before you get in.
4. It is forbidden to get close to the track, pull the barrier, jump off the platform, climb to the roof and crawl under the train.
5. After getting on the train, please remain seated and firmly hold on to the handrail.
6. Please do not throw litter about, or walk in the car, or stand up, or stick your head, hands or body out of the car.
7. It is forbidden to destroy facilities on the train or smoke in any area of the park.
8. Your understanding would be appreciated if the train is temporarily out of service due to a breakdown, severe weather (such as heavy fog, heavy rain, and typhoon) and other irresistible factors.
9. In the event of an accident or special circumstances that are related with the safety of the train or the passengers, please follow the instructions of the staff and offer a helping hand to the elderly, children, sick people, disabled people, pregnant women and other people who need help.
10. Please take good care of your personal belongings. Do not leave anything behind in the train or the platform.
Passenger Restrictions
1. People with no capacity for civil conduct or with limited capacity for civil conduct can only take the train on condition that their guardians confirm on the safety and keep them accompanied throughout the journey.
2. Juveniles and seniors that are aged over 70 must be accompanied by an adult.
